I'd thought of a few ideas for a personal theme for this post, but reading Os' HNT post (Springtime in the Rockies HNT), I decided to dust off a few of my first pictures.
To acknowledge that I have been attempting to do HNT for a year now (yes I missed more than a few, especially Nov & Dec), one is my favourtie picture - me in snow - that was on my first HNT post (it is on my exposed blog). The others were ones I took before the snow one. I wasn't all that happy about the quality of the photos, but figured I should add some new, never seen on this blog before, photos. So here are 2, and there are 3 more [were] on my Exposed blog:
The first one was obviously taken in a forrest - it is just off the highway. Though it looks like it might have been photoshopped, this is the genuine photo.

Changes
Yeah, so it's been almost 6 weeks since I have added anything, but school is in crunch mode - I've got final exams: one Thursday 11 December, two Friday 12 December, and last one Tuesday 16 December.
I've also pretty much decided what to do with my blogs since it looks like I can't remove the imposed content warning easily (if anyone knows how to, please let me know).
Over Christmas this blog will change, as will my other blog. Currently I'm in the middle of some changes - which is why photos may not show.

HNT 37 - From the Moving Archives I - Elevator
Life has been busy the past couple weeks, with exams and papers. Last week in particular - which is why I missed posting an HNT last week.
I would like to acknowledge Osbasso's HNT post last week, as it is of important note: Clarifying the rules for posting HNT. Although I post more than half-nekkid, I do try and post in the same spirt of the posting - especially trying to keep it artistic. I do hope that none of my posts closs the line.
That being said, here are the photos I started to prepare for last week, but ran out of time. . . .
These photos are from my archive of photos I took while moving out of my apartment. A couple people 'dared' me to take photos of me naked in an elevator, so I did so while moving out of the apartment. These photos were taken on a locked elevator, and even though the door was open, they may have been less risky than on a moving elevator. Either way, enjoy the photos.... (The different photos are my attempts to get a good photo)

About these photos: Taken Friday 25 July 2008 in Calgary, Alberta, Canada. As can be seen I took the photos directly into the mirrored back wall of the elevator.

HNT 21 - Guest - Jason in TO
This post is an HNT for a friend - Guest Posting. For my HNT photos for this Thursday, check out my previous post: HNT 20.5 - The pictures are in...
So a couple days ago I met Jason from Toronto on HangOutNude.com. We've been chatting about nudism, and a bit onto exhibitionism.
Through our conversations we exchanged some pictures (well I sent him to this blog, and to my Flickr album), and he sent me some photos. He also said: "feel free to share my pix ... and to post wherever (other than facebook). i sorta like the idea of another person having some control."
So I am preempting what I was going to post as my HNT for his photos.
However, I must also tie in another story to this. Back, over a year ago, before my play, I was at a spiritual retreat (I may have mentioned it before, in regards to my play or history of my nudism). The retreat was 'Living Ecstasy,' by which it was learning how to live every moment to its fullest. Part of that is to get in touch with aspects of your true self you keep hidden (either consciously or subconsciously). As well as push your boundaries to break free of some of those fears and restrictions.
To that extent, we were put in situations that would push our personal boundaries. The retreat was at the Rimrock hotel in Banff, and across the street is Banff Springs. For one situation we went there under a role play characteristic that would draw people's attention, and then talk to them about spirituality.
My role play was to be the master in a gay relationship, the other guy (who was one of the helpers on the retreat, and straight) mentioned he usually ends up the tougher man. That was definitely pushing my boundaries on many levels - relationship (had very few), being in control (I like being in control of some aspects of my own life, others I leave to the wind, and am a little uneasy about being in control/responsible of other people's lives), acting/role playing (hardly done it in private, let alone in public, and last time before that I'd acted I was 14, and that wasn't adlib/improv). Needles to say I wasn't all that good in it, I had a moment or two when I really got into it, but they only lasted a moment.
Why I bring up this story is that it came to me when Jason said these things:
"i sorta like the idea of another person having some control."
" id prefer if u encouraged me to keep them up"
"or even better, do more :)"
"or reveal more info"
"i would love the exposure and not being in complete control of it"
With all that being said, I am still keeping it fairly clean (based on some of the photos he sent). So here are the ones I really like.

In the conversation I asked Jason a little about the photos, this is what was said:
Jason: raft is from a pool in florida 2005
Jason: surf is from outer banks, north carolina
Jason: i think it was 2004
Nude Canadian Boy: cool, and so it was surf you didn't know the photo was taken?
Jason: neither one
Jason: for raft i didnt know till i was back from vacation
Nude Canadian Boy: really? with you looking at the camera in raft you couldn't tell :P
Jason: and surf i found out that nite at a party
Nude Canadian Boy: ahh
Jason: i wasnt the only one naked in the ocean that day, but i think i was the only one caught on cam
Jason: it was taken from a walkway / balcony 2 floors up
Nude Canadian Boy: the raft? wow
Jason: hence the poor quality i guess
Nude Canadian Boy: looks good to me ;)

Photo Irony and Amazement....
This post is short, but I just have to follow up on my last one now.
Irony:
After I hit the publish post button, Blogger appeared with a link that baiscally said my photos on my blog where already on a Picassa album.... now I just have to sort out how to get that fully together (as some photos I've uploaded I deleted are there, and a couple are duplicates.... have to make sure I don't delete the wrong ones).
Amazement:
What prompted me to write this post so soon after my last was an email from Flickr saying they have reviewed my account and set it to safe - I'm amazed it was that quick.... apparently they do have a lot of moderators!
So soon that will be up and going again.

Oh My!
This trip has gone by quick, and the daring things mentioned in my last post (HNT 18 - Mt Royal), almost don't compare to what happened the next day (after the post - Friday 6 June).
Unfortunately my plane's about to board, so I don't have time to post the entire story of "Nude Canadian Boy goes to Hanlan's Point (nude beach in Toronto)" But stay tuned, I'll be posting it within the week (perhaps as my next HNT).

HNT 7 - from the archives
Wow, another Thursday! Boy has life flow by.
I am a little disappointed at myself right now, I had the perfect opportunity to get a great photo for this HNT, involving the full (celestial) moon, and outdoor in the snow... however I did not have a camera, and if I did I would not have had a vantage point (or person) to take the photo.
So, this photo is from my archives:
About this photo: It was taken Wednesday 12 October 2005 in Edmonton, Alberta, Canada.
Taken using my camera with the remote (in my right hand). If I recall the camera was on a tripod.
The photo was taken as my entry as a contestant to model for Vue Weekly's Sex, Lust & Love Issue.
Vue Weekly is an independently published Edmonton arts and entertainment newspaper.
I was not selected to model, I think primarily because I submitted my entry near close to the deadline.
Though I did submit my answers to the questions they had as part of a survey for the issue. My unique answers appered on these questions:
2. Have you slept with someone you perhaps shouldn't have?
5. Orientation not as simple as straight, bisexual, or gay?
Now I'm not telling you the answers, so you'll have to figure them out.
I will give a hint though. For 5, it was before I defined my sexuality (as mentioned in my blog post Labelization)
Oh, bonus points to the first people that can guess my answers.

Anti-Nude Boy Today
Today I had to leave my apartment, and in doing so it meant I had to face the snowy, windy cold of Calgary.
So I bundled up, nice and warm:
- a pair of comfy underwear
- thinsulate socks
- silk long underwear
- thick warm socks
- thinsulate long-sleeve shirt
- jeans
- thick hoodie
- scarf wrapped around my nose and mouth
- fleece hat
- hoodie hood
- windbreaker trousers
- fleece and shell jacket
- non-insulated boots
- thick gloves
And still in all that I felt a little chill in the wind - mostly my face; though I only had a slit to see through between my scarf and hat... I think I need a warmer scarf.
