HNT 24 : BNBC 1

Last weekend I finally made it out to the Buck Naked Boys Club (BNCB) of Edmonton's monthly nude weekend at Labyrinth Lake Lodge.

It was taken by one of the 'boys'. I thought it good to have a photo of me with the sign to the lodge as a nice reminder of my first visit.

I'd heard about BNBC years ago, can't remember how or exactly when, but I do recall calling up their, now defunct, Calgary chapter back in the spring of 2003 (just prior to being laid off from my first job).

It was about a year ago I finally got around to contacting them, where I learned about the Calgary chapter disappearing, and signing up for the Edmonton chapter's e-newsletter. Since then I'd planned on attending one of their naked weekends at Labyrinth Lake Lodge, but something else seemed to come up.
This time though, with it being their entire week at Labyrinth Lake Lodge, I made definite plans to go, even if it was just stopping in for lunch.

Despite some change of plans, I did make it for near on 24 hours.
I arrived just before lunch on Saturday, driving naked all the way from Calgary (300km).
I was shown around and met the boys.

It was taken by one of the 'boys'. A variety of photos were being taken by a few of the 'boys' and even some group ones. So I got some taken on my camera as well.

After lunch I went canoeing, enjoyed some of the afternoon by the fire;

Went for a walk with some of the boys in the Canola fields (also known as Rapeseed. The common name Canola is derived from Canada Oil, as it was Canada that first started to produce the oil from the rapeseed as a cooking oil).

I also enjoyed the hot tubs and lying out naked looking at the starry night sky.

I left Sunday before lunch for my naked drive back to Calgary, as I had other commitments to attend to. And I did as the sign said:
